Return Period


You can return your purchase within 5 days of the delivery date.


 


Eligibility Criteria


 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Navigate to the "Orders" section.


Find the order containing the item you wish to return.


Click on the "Return Item" option.


Follow the instructions to complete the return request, providing relevant details such as the reason for the return.


Once your return request is submitted, our customer service team will review it and provide further instructions.


 


REFUNDS 


Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at shinhub2@gmail.com.


 


INVALID REASONS


Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Vintage Store. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS
